Vendors selling food items of any kind MUST provide a current Certificate of Insurance if accepted into SunFest.
Electricity
NOTE: Onshore electricity is EXTREMELY limited, therefore please check below necessary power requirements. If Vendor accepted, electricity requirements and costs will be confirmed. Food Trucks - Generators NOT permitted.
Contractual Information
This Contract is made by and between SunFest, ABC Sports Marketing, Festivals Inc. and the applicant, herein referred to as Vendor. The term of this Contract is from the signing (checking box above) by both parties of the Contract through December 31, 2017. In consideration of the mutual benefits to both parties, both parties agree to the following:

Due to the sensitive ground surface of Point Ruston, NO stakes, poles, heavy flooring or any type of penetration into the ground is permitted. Vendors are required to use sand bags or other non-ground penetrating means to secure their booth and/or signage. Vendors found to be in violation of these conditions, will be asked to remove the items IMMEDIATELY. Severe penalties may be enforceable to Vendor if damage to surface is noticed as a result of Vendor fault. Vendors MUST be self contained. No building of wood or other hard surface flooring permitted at any time.

PAYMENT INFORMATION
If accepted for participation in the 2017 SunFest, you will be notified by June 30, 2017. Upon confirmation of application, you will be contacted by Festivals Inc. to process payment at which time will confirm your application with refund available only as per FEES and SERVICES paragraph in this contract.
